The early voting period must start at least on the 10th day before the election and end on the 3rd day before the election. WebIn a primary election or the general election for state and county officers, early voting must be conducted for at least 12 hours on the last Saturday and at least 6 hours on the last Sunday of the early voting period at the mandatory temporary branch polling places established under Section 85.062 (d) of the Code.
